Do you have a call out charge, do you do free estimates?

Between the hours of 9am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday there is no charge to be called out to have a look at electrical work, or if you request us to attend a dangerous situation to carry out an emergency repair, and we give free estimates. Emergency call-outs outside of these hours will have no call out charges either, however, our rates are slightly higher.

How much will the work cost?

Unfortunately we can't answer this question on the website because every property or business is individual and different, however we aim to provide a good quality service for a fair price. We always agree a price before starting the work and will happily put that in writing.

How soon can work start once a price has been agreed?

We always offer as much flexibilty as we can but it is advisable to book us as soon as you can so that we can agree a date and time when you wish the work to start.
